yeah thanks! seeing that there is a spectrum is most helpful. a wake-up call (not too mention endless shame/guilt), lord–the trail i have left in my wake! but all in all, i feel hopeful. i like the asthma comparison–self care and management however you need it.
This is just so enlightening. I never knew that I had manic depression (for certain) until watching this video. I FEEL EXACTLY THE SAME and it just feels great knowing that a) Im not alone and b) There’s a reason for my behaviour. No longer am I confused about why I am so different. Furthermore, Stephen Fry is awesome!
i do that when im around people, but when im alone i go for everything.
