    Assisted living… maybe some medication to moderate them, especially if they are confrontational.
    To be honest, I’ve never heard of this disorder. It sounds more like someone who is emotionally abusive, especially if they can turn it off if they are in public, or in threat of trouble.
    If that is the case, run away.

    Is that the medical term? If these people are not truly mentally ill, they are probably just looking for attention. Just ignore them and maybe they’ll go away.
